Our Approach to Wellness

At Holistic Wellness Coaching, we believe in a comprehensive approach to well-being that integrates nutrition, physical activity, stress management, a supportive community, and self-love. Our personalized coaching sessions are tailored to empower individuals to achieve holistic wellness in their lives.

About Me
I'm 40 and feel the best I ever have, my goal is to help other women feel the same: strong, confident, healthy, wealthy, capable, and mentally grounded in order to make the best possible life choices that are in alignment with you. From stress eating and burying all my feelings to fueling my body and expressing my feelings, needs, and desires. I believe it is a holistic approach through: nutrition, movement/exercise, sleep and recovery, mindset, and community. All my growth has been self taught and self explored. It is my goal to amplify and expedite the learning process for you!
How can I help you? I'll break down nutritional, movement, and peace of mind tactics to help you identify life style changes you can implement to look and feel your best!
Education and experience:
NASM certified wellness coach since January 1st, 2023
16 years being a classroom teacher - with many skills that will transfer to coaching!
